With over 20 years of leadership experience in real estate, business management, and public service, she has built a legacy rooted in integrity and impact.
As the Owner of Title Geeks, LLC, a top-producing title company headquartered in Florida, Carline leads with compassion and a commitment to helping families achieve homeownership goals and work towards building wealth. Her background as a former Miami-Dade County housing administrator deepened her passion for affordable housing, youth programs, and community partnerships.
Guided by her MEGA philosophy — Motivate. Educate. Grow. Act. — Carline works tirelessly to strengthen local schools, support educators, and expand opportunities for the next generation.
Her vision is clear: a stronger, more united Lee County where families thrive, communities grow, and leadership listens.

Motivate.
Motivate students to achieve their goals & to build purpose for their future. Value teachers with fair pay and respect. Push for an increased parental & community involvement.
Educate.
Strengthen relationships between schools, families, and the community. Educating them to be actively involved in our children’s education.
Growth.
Address the educational needs of the fastest growing district in Lee County. Focus on the issue of overcrowding and underbuilding. We must provide space for nearly +7,000 students learning in overcapacity schools.
Act.
Advocate for Transparency: Ensure families and the community are fully informed about route changes, delays, and safety improvements.
I’ve known Carline Saintilus for over 30 years — our bond goes all the way back to our school days. Over the years, she has been more than a friend; she’s become a sister to me. Through every season of life, Carline has always been that strong, motivating voice pushing me to be my best. Her encouragement, loyalty, and genuine heart have made a lasting impact on my life. I’m truly grateful for our sisterhood and friendship that has stood the test of time.

My first encounter with Carline Saintilus was in fall 2021 during a back to school event she was sponsoring. Every year, through her company and in collaboration with other professionals, she gives away various school supplies for back to school students in the community. Carline has also supported our non-profit organization with school supplies for many unfortunate children in Haiti. I admire her passion and enthusiasm to always support her community here and elsewhere in the world in education. She is a great advocate of children and families. Just the type of leader needed to stand for better education and funding for children. She is a staunch believer that our future depends on our children. Putting them first and investing in their future is paramount. I am honored to call her a friend.
